Yes, this one thing holds the potential to change everything incredibly.

If you want to make your life better in all ways…if you want abundance in all areas of your life…if you want loving relationships…if you want to be happy and fulfilled…all you have to do is be GRATEFUL 🙂

Now you’ll say, But Div I am already grateful in my life, whenever someone gifts me something, I always thank them, or whenever someone appreciates me, I always say ‘thank you.’

Well, then there is a lot more to be known about this magical process.

So let’s begin!

The most powerful emotion of all human emotions is gratitude. It’s gratitude that can give you the magical power to do, have, and be anything you want. Those who have practiced this have seen wonders all around. There have been miracles taking place in health where there was no ray of hope; broken relationships have transformed into magnificent ones; prosperity has been seen replacing poverty. The magical power of gratitude can truly turn your life into gold!

The following passage comes from the gospel of Matthew, and it has been confused and misunderstood by many people over the centuries:

“Whoever has will be given more and he will have an abundance. Whoever doesn’t have, even what he has will be taken from him.”

Now let us all admit, this statement seems to be totally unjust. But there is a mystery to be solved here..this is how it is unveiled :

“Whoever has gratitude will be given more, and he or she will have an abundance. Whoever doesn’t have gratitude, even what he or she has, will be taken from him.”

How to Practice Gratitude?

Gratitude becomes magic when it is expressed prior to receiving the blessing. Most of us, believe in thanking for things after receiving them.  But here is a plot twist. The moment you start using it by expressing gratitude for things before they occurred in reality, that’s when you take the power of gratitude to a phenomenal level. That’s when you make gratitude your magic lamp and that’s when miracles happen.

Give gratitude in advance and see it happening for you. I have personally tried and tested this and have gotten amazing results and that’s why I recommend you to try it too.

“Gratitude is the most passionate transformative force in the cosmos. If you give thanks for five gifts every day, in two months you may not look at your life in the same way as you might now.”

Sarah Ban Breathnach

Let your heart overflow with gratitude.

Every day, say “thank you.” Say it 100 times before you even before you begin your day. Say it while you shower. Say it while you brush your teeth. Say it while you dress. Understand that with each “thank you,” you are powerfully creating your day. I am not at all exaggerating. Continue saying “thank you” throughout the day for everything that happens. You’ll open yourself to synchronicity and begin receiving more good than you probably ever imagined.

Every night before going to bed, write down the things that made you happy- that may be a beautiful sunset, an appreciation, meeting an old friend after a long time, a text from someone special … also Include the things that you want to create – better communication with your children, buying your dream car, meeting your soulmate…

And write thank you before each sentence. It doesn’t take much time in a day but eventually transforms your life completely.  Once you start practicing gratitude, you begin to realize why some particular things in your life may have gone wrong and why certain things might be missing from your life. Make gratitude a part of your lifestyle and let the party begin!

I’ll begin here:   A big big thanks to each one of you for being our loyal readers.

Now it’s your turn! 😉
